Shipping
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-4 business days (if available)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $200 in the United States.
International Shipping
We are proud to offer international shipping to select countries.
International delivery times typically range from 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and cannot be refunded by us.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to make changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package appears lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still require assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help.
Returns
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Have all original tags attached
- Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- Be returned in their original condition
- Be returned in their original packaging, included the branded product box and any included inserts.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Items returned outside the return window
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit or refund may be offered.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem.
